| OPMERKINGEN | Bewaartermijn monsters voor aanvullend onderzoek: DNA wordt 5 jaar bewaard Rhesus/Kell genotyperingen andere bloedgroepen (DNA analyse) Met behulp van DNA analyse is het mogelijk om voor vrijwel alle klinisch relevante antigenen te typeren. Dit kan van belang zijn indien het serologisch niet mogelijk is de bloedgroep te bepalen zoals na transfusies of bij sensibilisatie van de erytrocyten van de patiënt. Op aanvraag kunnen genotyperingen ook voor andere bloedgroepantigenen worden verricht. |
